The Arte's architects set out to create a residence that elevates architectural aesthetics to a work of art. Its intriguing architectural concept contrasts two dramatic 36-storey towers with geometrically planned landscaped gardens that feature exquisite natural textures of stone and foliage. A Zen-like sense of peace and tranquility pervades this stylishly minimalist interpretation of urban luxury. A distinctively fluid quality in the buildings appearance is captured by the bold use of screens and solid materials for the overlapping frames. The fascinating manipulation of materials and light will result in the appearance of an obscuring veil. During the daytime the veil does catch the light on its reflective surfaces while creating a graphics pattern of shading to the private area behind. At night, The Arte will be lit up through its extensive glazing, with its bands of screened metal rails reflecting individual lights outwards ad creating a pattern of lantern screens. With its stylish architecture and elegant landscaping, The Arte is a masterpiece of modern living.
