Buildings are for light industry, warehouse.
Approved Use
Clean and light industry where the process carried out by the businesses or machinery installed and operated without much pollution, noise, vibration, odor, fumes, smoke, soot, dust or ash. Examples are packaging, printing, bottling industry.
Planning Permission Required
- Showroom - At the 1st storey could be considered. Area permissible for showroom cannot exceed 40% of the total gross floor area
- Warehouse - Storage use, and its subject to clearance from Land Transport Authority
- Media & e-Business - Will be considered case-by-case basis
- Workers' Dormitory - Must not exceed 49% of total gross floor area of the industrial building in certain permissible location
