Office BuildingDue to scarcity of land, Singapore commercial buildings are usually zoned in specific areas to ensure land use are optimized and demand of different types of office spaces are met. Office buildings are often categorized based on a combination of physical characteristics and location. Grade-A are the quality offices often found in the Central Business District, followed by Grade-B & Grade-C. Rental of a Grade A office starts from about S$10psf up.
